The place is bright and airy, with a balcony for fresh air. The apartment gets a lot of light but there are black out shades in the bedroom for daytime sleepers. The bedroom has can lighting in the ceiling, wood floors, mirrored closets with a lot of storage, standing dresser and a work desk. There's in-unit laundry and a beautiful private bathroom with marble countertops, a skylight, light up mirror, lots of storage under the sink and shower/bath. This area is a very safe and walkable neighborhood. I love it for it's walkability! It's a 10 minute walk to the beach boardwalk, the promenade and Montana Avenue which is full of cute boutiques, cafes and restaurants. Plus easy to access the freeway and PCH. I have a really cute little rescue dog named Jack. He is 15 pounds, and hypoallergenic. He's clean, and doesn't ever smell. He is very sweet, gentle and rarely ever barks.
